Description
The Accu-Scope EXC-400 fluorescence microscope is a high quality research grade fluorescence microscope. This microscope comes standard with a trinocular viewing head. It comes with a 6 position reflected light fluorescence illuminator which will allow you to add up to 6 filters cubes. This package comes with a mercury lamphosue and power supply It has a reversed quintuple nosepiece and comes with your choice of Plan Achromat or S-Plan APO 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x oil objectives. The rackless XY mechanical stage has a ceramic hard coated top allowing the slide to move with ease. This microscope comes with a 1.25 N.A. swing out condenser and has full koehler illumination. The brighfield illumination is a 3-watt LED illuminator with variable intensity.Â
