• Excitation Filter (ET395 25x): Centers at 395 nm with a 25 nm bandwidth, effectively isolating the excitation wavelength suitable for DAPI.

• Dichroic Beamsplitter (T425lpxr): Reflects wavelengths below 570 nm and transmits those above.

• Emission Filter (ET460 50m): Centers at 460 nm with a 50 nm bandwidth, accurately capturing the emission spectrum of DAPI.
