Description

The Accu-Scope EXC-400 fluorescence microscope is a high quality research grade fluorescence microscope. This microscope comes standard with a trinocular viewing head so you can add a camera at anytime. It comes with a 6 position reflected light fluorescence illuminator which will allows you to add up to 6 filters cubes. The X-Cite Mini+ LED fluorescence illuminator provides bright and even LED fluorescence illumination. Compared to Mercury fluorescence you no longer need to wait for the bulb to warm up or cool down, and deal with bulb changes. It has a reversed quintuple nosepiece and comes with your choice of Plan Achromat or S-Plan APO 4x, 10x, 40x, and 100x oil objectives. The rackless XY mechanical stage has a ceramic hard coated top allowing the slide to move with ease. This microscope comes with a 1.25 N.A. swing out condenser and has full koehler illumination. The brightfield illumination is a 3-watt LED illuminator with variable intensity.
